Next open up the options.ini file in the afterbirth+ folder - change the steamcloud setting in this to match the one in the normal afterbirth folder if it doesn't match. What you need to do to start with is open up the options.ini file in the afterbirth (not +) one and check the steamcloud setting, don't change it but note if it's 0 or 1 then close it again. In these you should see 3 binding of isaac folders - one for rebirth, one for afterbirth, and one for afterbirth+ Windows XP: Inside your user folder, usually C:\Documents and Settings\\My Documents\My Games\ Windows Vista/7/8: Inside your user folder, usually C:\Users\\My Documents\My Games\ Navigate to whichever of the following matches your OS: This is the one you want to use, unfortunately there's no simple button if it fails 1st time. The auto-import feature runs on 1st launch when you have no Afterbirth+ save data and imports Afterbirth data. The import option that there is a button for in game imports Rebirth data, not Afterbirth (no idea why, it just does). There are 2 import features and also the steamcloud setting in the options.ini that are important for importing.
